Return Process

    Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Prepare Your Package

    Securely pack the electronics in their original packaging, ensuring all cables, manuals, and protective inserts are included to avoid restocking fees.

    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
